Kimberly Svevo-Cianci, Ph. D
Kimberly is CEO of Changing Children's Worlds Foundation (CCWF) and Founder of the International Child/Parent Development Program (ICDP-USA), in Geneva, Illinois. CCWF works locally, nationally and internationally to prevent violence against children through universal and targeted prevention and early intervention at a community-based level with institutions, professionals and families. CCWF was awarded the 2013-2015 Pritzker Early Education Foundation grant for ICDP programs throughout several Chicago high risk communities.
Diane McFarlin, M.E.L
Diane comes to CCWF after 32 years in public education. She has been a teacher, Instructional coordinator, Vocational Director, Dean of Students and most recently and for the last 12 years, Assistant Principal for Student Services and Special Education at Kaneland High School, District #302. She currently serves as the Artistic Director for the Kaneland Arts Initiative and oversees its season of theatrical performances.
Xenia J. Kozlov. M.A.
Coach, parent group facilitator, researcher, blogger. Former journalist, editor and head of special projects. Founder of the "Healing Fox" project aimed at supporting and destigmatizing mothers using ICDP and intersectional feminist approaches. Moderator of the groups “The Best Start Parenting Club” and “March of the Sisters”. Co-founder of the "People's Benefit" project, which aims to combat discrimination against people with psychiatric diagnoses by debunking myths about mental conditions and mental illness.

PhD, psychologist, coach, facilitator, trainer, president of the NGO “Association of Child and Family Psychologists of Ukraine”, head of the NGO “Institute of Directed Film Therapy and Film Training”, Member of the Board of the National Psychological Association, author of the method “Directored Film Therapy”, consultant of the scientific and methodological laboratory innovations in education of Kharkiv National Pedagogical University named after G.S. Skovoroda.
